Coz the sign says “GOOD TO EAT FRIED CHICKEN” in Chinese. And I was drunk as fuck.
It went really well with the Taiwanese oden. The quality were not as refined as the original Japanese versions (flavour & texture profiles not sophisticatedly subtle enough). Really it was just the syrupy sweet & hot sauce that made the dish. But I had a super duper refreshing pineapple beer with it. My Taiwanese friend Yaya said it was a new product—it’s fruity like a pineapple juice, yet it had that heady taste of beer as well.
